We were forgot about. After 45 minutes I asked the waitress if we were going to eat? She went to look for a manager never appligized, and never seen her again? I told the manager we weren't hungy anymore. She told us that we didn't have to pay for our deep fried macaroni balls and one soda! Terrible service and bad management..

Food:

The staff is friendly and professional. I always got my takeouts on time. Takeout boxes though were kind of flimsy compared to rest of setting.

I love their Spicy chipotle chicken pasta, I also asked for a variation and replaced chicken with broccoli and mushrooms, that tasted good as well
And the salted caramel cheese cake , I can eat it everyday.

We had great service here with well prepared food. We hadn't come back to this location due to bad service a few years back but with a party of 7 every order was right and the food was hot. I would say in the last year the service and food has gone back to what I'd consider a good Resturant! If you've had troubles in the past I'd give it another shot!

My chicken salad sandwich was so salty my mouth still feels burned three hours after I finished eating my lunch. Not sure if something was wrong with my meal or if that's just how the food is "seasoned." The barware was plastic, which is not what I expected at a place with table service. There's a massive menu (with ads among the pages, mind you) but no tuna melt or sandwich. WHAT IS THAT? And the floor was really oily--I thought maybe some dressing spilled--when I walked in. Thankfully I was wearing big winter boots with good grips. And when we left it was still oily. After at least an hour dining they still hadn't cleaned it up.

Our server was helpful and the fruit served as part of the kids menu looked edible. Regardless, I will not go out of my way to come back here.

walk in and the floor is oily af. the food was bs it was clearly just frozen food heated up. tasted bad, unhealthy, congested restaurant. idky it is so crowded their food sux ass.
