The Cheesecake Factory, Portland, Oregon Restaurant Details

Great Service! Great Food! My wife and I love coming here everytime we are in portland. If you love cheesecake, this is the place to be.

Worst place to go eat at. I had to wait 2 hours just to get that dumb blinking thing, then had to wait another hour and a half to even get seated. Drove more then an hour to wait around. Complete waist of time and gas. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. For sure wont ever go back and Ima be sure to let whoever I know know that.

We have enjoyed Cheesecake Factory all over the country...however this one was not good. The beef dip sandwich was like leather and disgusting. The asian salad was iceberg lettuce with sandwich meat and dried noodles...terrible. However on the bright side the cheesecake was good as always. Over 43$ later we will not get real food here again.. only cheesecake.

So the fish tacos, while fish tasted like generic chicken, and the rice&beans had a thickened layer on top from constant heating and chilling of the take out side, the worst part was the limes were so dehydrated they flaked apart on top of the meal. Idk about you but limes bring the flavor together. This wasnt as disappointing as them forgetting to pack the desert for our order (takeout) then took 3 people and 15m to get it refunded (we already had left after picking up the order and were nearly home). GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Place is too dark! As soon as we enter the facility, the greeter and the other 2 servers didn't even recognize us. Utensils are not properly clean, as well as, the booth that we're sitting in. The table is sticky and the server took a long time to take our orders in a very calm night (Monday night at 9pm). Overall, our experience and expectation set a very low standard for this "fancy place". Not coming back ever!!!
