Finally decided to go and try the food here after a few of the plumbers at Arico have said how much they liked it. We will be telling our friends and family

First, I have to say the food is excellent. The reason I am giving this restaurant only 3 stars is due to the fact that the service is extremely lacking. Two visits ago I was seated and, after about 15 minutes of not being waited on, I had to literally wave down someone to get some service. Yesterday was almost the same situation. I was almost going to stand and go hunt someone down when our waiter finally arrived. Since it had been so long, we ordered our food already with our initial drink order. The food did come promptly, but that was the last we saw of the waiter until we were finished and were ready for the bill. I ordered some tea in a to go cup along with our leftover boxes. He forgot the tea. After he gave us our boxes, we did not see him again to pay the bill until I went down to the front to ask if I could pay there. The seating chart woman had to go hunt down our waiter so we could pay the bill. If they can improve their ability to wait on their customers this would be an outstanding place to dine.

Ive been to this specific cheesecake factory about 5 times over the last year and its always been great. The staff its always friendly and happy to help. They have tons of menu options and their dessert is amazing !

Had dinner with friends for a birthday celebration. The food was great however, the service left something to be desired. First I will state that we were a party of 8 and that the restaurant was not busy at all. That said, our server paid little to no attention to us. She seemed irritated at best and did not even bother to make any recommendations when asked. At one point during the evening it took more than 30 minutes to even get a drink refill.

When the check came, there was an automatic 18% gratuity added to everyone’s bill which is customary for large parties. One member of our party went to the manager and asked for it to be removed, which it was from all of the bills. What also seemed strange was that the manager never once apologized for the terrible service.

I have been to other locations most notably in Phoenix, AZ and Virginia Beach, VA and received excellent service and was even asked by a manager how we were enjoying our meal. After last night, I can say that I will never visit the Tucson Cheesecake Factory again.
