Nice place. Free Wi-Fi of course. Nice staff who helped me with the honey sticks, which I had never used. Thanks young lady!

The Jasmine Green Tea is great, and I had a good meeting with a business associate in a comfortable environment.

I'd definitely go back and this time try a black tea latte. Then who know, maybe I'd be really hooked.

Great coffee, but inattentive to your order. I go to this shop at least a few times per week, and I always order my drinks decaf. Only one of their baristas consistently makes my drink decaf. The others often (maybe 50% of the time) will mistakenly make my drink regular. As someone who is extremely sensitive to caffeine, this small mistake can ruin my day. I can't imagine pregnant women having their drinks mistakenly made with caffeine.

I love this place, but I simply can't risk going there anymore. Beyond this issue, their food and drinks are great, if not a bit overpriced. It's a shame.

I like the secluded balcony area. It is always clean. I prefer this Coffee Bean over the one at Tempe Market Place. And everyone is nice and it is hardly crowded, which is the best.
