If you want a high-end burger, very good. A little pricey.

Still my favorite burger place--no matter what the location. The layout is open and decor is modern and appealing. Wait staff was courteous and helpful. The burgers are delicious, the options lead me to create new burgers every time. The milkshakes are fantastic, especially the adult variety. This is my favorite place, hands down.

We waited 45mins for a hamburger?? Yes it tasted good after we had to send back the bottom bun because it was literally soggy with blood -- yet the burger was in fact medium well as ordered; go figure?? One of the worst dinning experiences that I have had.

In summary. Yes, reasonably good tasting but not worth the wait or the price.

Pros: man, where do I begin?! food is great; both quality and taste, variety is awesome, service is great, French fries are addicting, management is awesome, and the price is fair.

Cons: well, I can understand the demand for fresh food but the wait can be just a little long. probably because im so hungry.

Came here for dinner on an open stomach, and left with a full. Waiters were nice and responsive, refilled my drinks on request. Live music was directly behind me, which was great and relaxing. We tipped him and he agreed to play "Piano Man" on the guitar - equally as great as the piano version! I decided to 'Build my own Burger' and ordered beef on a normal bun with gruyère cheese, sauteed onions, pineapple, and teriyaki sauce, cooked at medium rare. I chose 1/3 size because the burgers were a bit big, but equal pricing at $13. Once it arrived, my first bite was about to tell the tale. It was great and was probably on the 'Top Ten Best Burgers' of my life. Great isn't a word- amazing. The teriyaki on pineapple was an awesome combination which I had had before. I finished my burger on a full stomach and left feeling happy. For this, enjoy those 5 stars.
