Great food. Great service. Mostly fresh. Authentic indian. The settings are comfortable. Very good spices done by themselves. Sandeep waited on us and was kind and polite. Well done.

I went to DGN Factory for lunchtime on a weekday. They were offering their lunch special from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and it included any one dosa, any one idli, and any one soft drink for only $8.99. Since it was my first time coming here, I went with the normal Masala Dosa (dosa with potato, green peas, onions, carrot, and tempering), the Idli (steamed rice cake), and a Coke. This is a great price for the amount of food offered at lunchtime in the Galleria area.

After ordering, there was a self-serving station where you could get all-you-can-eat sambar (lentil-based vegetable stew), as well as a coconut and tomato chutney. I chatted up with Priya, one of the marketing managers of DGN Factory, and she informed me that this location had been open for 3-years, and they have other locations around the city. After paying, I was given a number, and sat down to wait for my food to be served.

The food came out within a few minutes, and I dug in. The dosa and the idli met my expectations. I will definitely come back for lunch, as it's a good price for a quick bite to eat.

What to order:
-Lunch Special ($8.99) served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

-All-You-Can-Eat sambar
-Private parking lot

Been here quite a lot of times, I like the chilli paneer dosa. Besides that I noticed that this restaurant didn't seem to have a Baby changing station, noticed it as one of my friends had trouble changing her baby and had to go to her car instead. Just wanted to bring this to the owner's notice! Thank you!

The dosas certainly vary in terms of quality as some ingredient mixes work better than others, but the portions are generous, the prices good, there's a large selection, and the food is generally delicious. They also have complementary lentil soup which is pretty nice. I make this a regular for casual dining.

The dosa is great and they are made fresh to order. You can pick the spicy level to make it fit for everyone. It is not a full serve restaurant but after you order from the counter they will bring out the food when it is ready.
