Great spot if your looking to get some more veggies into your life. Ask the ladies and they will be happy to give you a suggestion on what to try if your a new to smoothies/juices or if your a pro.

Ok let me start with the staff super nice! I come here 2-3 times a week and thought I would have been burned out but I try different things and even put my own together. I feel amazing after the juices and smoothies.

Absolutely in love with the concept and products. Staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable of what is served. Very impressed here as I have been disappointed at other juice bars concerning the knowledge amongst the staff. The Gem does not compromise on anything. Some would consider it expensive but I would have to strongly disagree after you put into perspective. You pay for what you get. You pay for quality here and that's what you get! As the famous and highly respected Joel Salatin said, "...you think organic is expensive? Have you priced cancer lately?"
