Phenomenal brunch. The biscuits and gravy (courtesy of ingredients produced at the adjacent flour mill) are unique and delicious. Lovely outdoor seating if it's not too hot. Local ducks sometimes annoy you for scraps of food before they're hurriedly shooed away by the wait staff. Always take a brief walk around the grounds and inside the old house for a nice bit of history.

Amazing breakfast in a historic building. Scenery is beautiful too. The wait can get pretty long so it's best to go on weekdays.

This place serves an excellent breakfast. They have several savory breakfast options, as well as baked goods to choose from. I recommend spending some time to sit down and enjoy your breakfast, it is worth it.

I love this place. My husband and I took a trip to San Antonio and I looked this place up, as we try to try different restaurants, and I am so glad we came here, the food was great and afterwards we took a tour of the house which was amazing. It's like you get 2 things to do for 1.

Tried the strawberry waffle and true to promise it was exquisite. Just the right touch of sweetness, the waffle is crispy on the outside fluffy in the center. Served up with some flavorful fresh berries (no artificial syrup mess here) and real whipped cream, this plate is the stuff dreams are made of. Loved the salsa that came with the tacos. I don't know what seasoning they put on their potatoes, but o my word!!! Do not miss out on those divine little morsels. O, and the house special coffee Founders Choice, is a very robust, tasty cup of joe. I had mine with a small dash of the creamiest real cream in a tiny silver pitcher. If you can wait 45 minutes, this experience is definitely one you should indulge in. It's a very busy place, but Gabi took such good care of us once we were seated we could not be more pleased.
