01/29/2016 7:00 amGuinness and a burger is the name of the game at this real, affordable old-fashioned Irish pub located next to Wrigley Field that knows how to pour a pint – and where it's always a great time for a drinking session; the decor from the floors up was brought over from the old sod, and there's live music Thursday through Saturday nights. |

05/10/2015 2:20 am4 beers and 2 entrees for under $50 in wrigleyville isn't bad at all. AND the onion burger was great, fish and chips were good and fries came out hot and yummy. Oh the waitress was great too. I will be back |

01/23/2013 3:40 amFirst let me say I'm from St. Louis. A group of friends and myself were in Chicago for a few days and ended up at the Irish Oak one night. I can't comment on the food (we didn't eat but I had to fill in all fields on the review) but it ended up being the best night of the trip. Everyone there was welcoming and outgoing. Very laid back atmosphere and we all had a great time. I would recommend this to anyone in Chicago who wants to spend some time in a cool, fun bar and I will be back next time I'm in Chi town! |
