Nice beer selection. I usually stop by after work & was never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and happy. when it comes to food, I love their steak tips. The rest of what I tried were just ok,just what you would be expecting from an average irish pub.

I've only had brunch here. but it's very much a classic Irish Pub, not in a gimmicky or touristy sense. Definitely not a five-star restaurant or bar, but if you're looking for a Boston Irish Pub, this is probably at the top of my recommendations.

The first time I went here a few years ago, I would have given the restaurant 5 stars. I got the Mac n cheese with braised beef and it was the best Mac n Cheese I had ever had. I recently returned and was so disappointed. The Mac n Cheese came out with 3 or 4 pieces of Corned beef. I was expecting what I had gotten the last time, a plate full of Mac n Cheese with the best bbq sauce and beef. I'm not sure if they changed the menu or what, but I was so disappointed. Everyone else there loved their meals, so I guess it is worth trying again.

This is the second time I have been here. I went here a few years ago and had a pretty bad meal, it was edible but it wasn't good-- I ate it because I was hungry. The same applies to my visit today. I went in there and ordered the hummus plate (or platter?) I was served ample amount of vegetables and pita chips with very little hummus. There is more hummus in a sabre individual hummus to-go pack, the ratio was completely off for this dish-- I was served hummus in a dressing side dish. The hummus was alright, but there was not enough. The pita chips were stale and the olive tapenade was way too salty. It did not go well with anything else on the plate (the tapenede). It was really busy since the pride parade was going on across the street, but we waited over an hour to get our food and no one had anything extravagant. Which must mean they were low on cooks and they should have expected a high turn out since they are less than 20 feet away from the end of the parade. It was a waste of my money. The only good thing is they got our drinks out relatively quick and our waitress was nice. But I will never go back there again due to their poor quality food.
