Always a good experience at this Melting Pot. You can reserve online to skip the wait. If you find yourself waiting, you're free to wait at the bar they have as well. Whether you have a small or large appetite, you can find the right portion between the selections offered. You can't go wrong with the cheese and chocolate fondues, where there are many to choose from. If you're feeling a full course meal, you can choose from certain items such as chicken and shrimp. Waiters and waitresses are always on point and never miss the opportunity to make the evening better. Keep a constant eye out for special promotions as well!

I love the relaxing and delicious experience of the Melting Pot. I feasted on thick, creamy,cheese fondue and a fresh salad with an amazing melting pot dressing. I enjoyed my shrimp, salmon, chicken, and sirloin entree. A little bit of everything kept it from being boring! I dove into my chocolate fondue dessert with OMG the most amazing brownies and blondies as well as fresh strawberries and bananas! I didn't even want a movie afterwards. I was completely satisfied. My server was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was a welcomed change from the corporate restaurants . LOVED IT!"

This restaurant is part of a chain, I have been in other Melting Pot before and they were okay but this one is horrible!

If you want fondue go to Switzerland! Trust me this is not the place for it! :)

One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. 2 of my plates weren't washed properly & had black specs on them. My utensils also had some type of residue. Bathroom was out of soap. food is overpriced & the veggies tasted like cardboard. My steak & chicken were below average & barely came seasoned. I ordered a house salad as an appetizer but my waiter gave me the wrong one. I also told the waiter that I didn't want any alcohol in the fondue however when he brought to my table he realized he put alcohol in it so he had to redo it. I had a reservation for 6:45pm but had to wait for 25 min to be seated. The A/C was also leaking water & I got a couple drops on my shirt.
