11/04/2015 7:12 pmWe went to the Melting Pot for our anniversary and it was definitely an experience. We arrived about 20 mins late for our reservation but it was no issue. They sat us right away and was able to accommodate my special request. The waitress was terrific. She was quick and efficient and great with offering tips. The entree (filet mignon and andouille sausage) and chocolate fondue (ying yang) were so good we're still telling people about it. The best part was that they took a photo of us and we could get it from their Facebook page. I was going to ask someone to take a pic anyway since it was our anniversary but I thought this was a great touch and it was complimentary. Overall, a very good experience and I can't wait to go back! |

05/24/2014 10:00 pmThe experience there was very memorable. Our waiter, Edel, was just awesome. He suggested a dinner course that had a little bit of everything, And, that is exactly what we received. Filet Mignon, sirloin, shrimp....... Every bite was just delicious from the cheese fondue for starters to the chocolate dip for dessert. We marveled at the attentiveness of the staff there. They seemed to keep bringing us things before we could ask. Although additional food was available, we had no room to put it after round one. The manager took the time to make sure we had the experience that he expected. Thank you for the evening, Ivars. |

06/23/2013 11:49 pmSorry, too expensive to ever go without a gift card and honestly not worth the money. I can't understand what we're paying so much for. To say we ate at some fancy restaurant in Scottsdale, perhaps? On a positive note the private booths were nice |

12/07/2011 1:04 amIntimate atmosphere, great wait staff, and excellent cheese and desert fondue. I also loved the lobster. If you go definitely fork up the extra dough for it! the drinks were great as well. My only concern was the the table was a little snug and I was leery of cooking my own meat. The waiter suggested a 1.5 minute cook time for the meat. We waited 2 minutes to be safe and bit into a piece of undercooked chicken :/ overall it was great and will def go back- minus the meat. Perhaps they need a timer on the table and buff in a few extra minutes for poultry and pork... expect to spend no less than 150 for 2 people. |
