10/26/2015 12:32 amWe travel widely and consider this one of the finest restaurants we have found anywhere. We went for lunch on Saturday and returned for lunch the next day. The menu has many exquisite dishes that we want to try. The six we had in two days were each perfection. Do not pass up the Almejas Al Vapor soup or the Posole. |

05/24/2015 5:21 pmThis place has great food, hands down. It tries to act like a Mexican restaurant, but really has food from throughout Latin America. The guacamole made at your table is excellent. The esquites are very good. There are a few things that have been somewhat Americanized (chicken and waffles?). The pork shoulder is truly phenomenal, it says it's for two people, but be the first of the two to try it! The almejas tasted just like they do in Peru. There are a couple things that weren't quite right - the duck empanadas seemed a little too fatty/greasy to really pull it off and I don't think the chicken anticuchos were really chicken hearts - they seemed to just be chunks of chicken breast. Overall, the food is really solid, and they have an extensive tequila selection. Can't wait to go back! |

04/20/2015 7:03 amWent there to celebrate a family birthday. We enjoyed the food. Very tasteful. Service was VERY Slow....Was it the Chef in the kitchen or the server. Everyone at the other tables got their meals before us. Problem came with we brought in our own |

03/09/2015 6:41 amThe Mission has nice ambiance. The people that served us were polite. The dishes were so delicious. But the prices were so overwhelming and there’s a delay in serving our food. I think there was just a problem in their kitchen that's why they served our food late. Over all they still have delicious foods. |

11/07/2015 3:06 pmThis Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale Nuevo Latino is "dark but inviting", evoking a "romantic" atmosphere as "efficient" waiters prepare "tableside guacamole" and deliver "delicious", "flavorful" plates to a "hip and happy" crowd; a few note "small" portions "for the price", but with a "lovely patio" and glowing "salt wall", many find it pure "bliss." |
