The building is gorgeous! The food is always really good and the wait isn't too long. My favorite meal is Mizithra Cheese - you should definitely try it if you haven't!

Service was prompt. Food was tasty, however portions were a little small. Server was friendly, as was the manager. Recommended.

We were at the spaghetti factory on April 5th of this year. it has always been our favorite place in Nashville but this time they would not serve a drink to my 70 year old wife because she left her photo I'd back at the hotel.. it was so disappointing and certainly took a pleasurable night of dining away. From us. I do understand that rules need to be followed but this one was ridulous

Delicious meal I got the Spicy Spaghetti Vesuvious and it was delicious! I got the Italian cream soda and even got a glass to take home! Spectacular service,food, and no wait! Will come back if in Nashville again!

There was 7 of us who went, we had to wait about 15 minutes or more to be seated then they had to find a server who could handle a group of 7. It took another 10 minutes before we even seen the server. He took our drink orders and had to wait 20 minutes for them (we had sodas and sweet tea). He left out drinks took care of another table that came in after us then finally took our food order. The food came out good, but nothing special. The sodas got refilled but the tea never did. He was fast on bringing the checks and cashing us out. This is one place we will not be going back too anytime soon.
