03/07/2015 1:01 pmGreat service. Nice people, but bad food... Honestly tasted and looked like my younger sibling cooked me breakfast for the first time... Pancakes were so dough'y fell apart even without syrup on it. Eggs were, eh. Hashbrowns were for sure frozen and cooked to a good soggy when served. No hate, just truth. |

11/18/2011 2:16 pmI love the original pancake house back home but this one was terrible. I ordered the german pancakes but was discouraged from them by the waitress citing it would take longer. When I said I was willing to wait I was told "no they aren't making them" not because they were out of the stuff but because the cooks said it was going to take too long... and then told I should call ahead when I came back... my wifes omlett was discusting, I asked for a large glass of guava juice and the waitress nodded her head and said "yeah yeah" and completely forgot about it. When I asked her again for the juice she brought me a small glass but still charged me for the large glass. Terrible service all around. |

12/04/2010 8:45 pmShowed up after spending ten minutes finding parking only to wait twenty five minutes (they stated ten) before sitting down. Once we sat down it took ten minutes to get a cup of standard black copy and another ten to get our food. Food was super greasy, bland, and overpriced. |

05/10/2010 1:51 pmThe best thing about this restaurant are the wonderfully sweet waitresses. Unfortunately, the worst thing about this place is what they served me. I've eaten at this chain in Texas, and the omlettes were sky-high, fluffy and absolutely to-die-for. At the Kapiolani location they were a limp, soggy, lukewarm mess. Their excuse for hash browns were the rectangular patties of McDonald's fame... who actually do them better. |
