The Original Pancake House, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

After leaving the Original Pancake House after sitting outside in the heat waiting for our server for 15 min because there was "no wait", we left and went somewhere else where we were greeted, seated, ate and left all within 45 min of walking inside. Our server was friendly and the food was excellent. The BLT omellete delicious. I'm glad the Pancake House sucked!

This is my fav place in Jacksonville to eat breakfast. I come here with my partner all the time and always have a good experience. Some waitresses are def better than others, but all are very couteous and nice. Best time to go is early on Saturdays. Sundays are very busy but wait time is usually not bad. I think people only want to review when they have a negative experience so I wanted to give my honest opinion.. the manager is awesome! Once we ordered the wrong pancakes and he replaced them with some others AND he refunded us. Definitely recommended!

Gracy smell and cold food. Once is more than enough for me. Regarding the food, servers and atmosphere I would expect low prices. But it is not. There are other places, very close to have excellent pancakes, same price, better cooked in a nice environment.
