"Like a fairy tale for grown-ups", this West End venue is "pure luxury", from the "lavish" accommodations (all with iPod docks and bathrooms boasting soaking tubs) to the "personalized" service by "absolutely fantastic" staffers who nail "the details" down to "remembering your wine preference"; "second-to-none" amenities like the "awesome" attached Sports Club/LA fitness center complete the package, and aficionados swear that "for a decadent stay, this is where you want to be."
