Great atmosphere and food. Parking can be hard to find but other than that it's a great place.

Nice, unique place. Service was slow. Don't waste your money on the Pork belly Burger.

I have not been to the Rookwood in years, and was excited for my return with my family. We reserved a table back in November because we had a night planned of dining and then A Christmas Carol at playhouse in the park. So TODAY at 2:00 the day of the reservation which is for 5:15, they let me know oooops we have a private party booked, your reservation is canceled. Thanks for nothing Rookwood!

lets just say i would walk uphill, in the snow, in below freezing weather to have the beet salad and the cheeseburger again... luckily i have a car that functions properly most of the time and i dont have to climb up mount adams to have another meal here.... the staff is beyond kind and courteous.. the restaurant is large enough to not have much of a wait even when busy but the multiple seating areas still make you feel like it's a very personable setting versus a giant mess hall.... would surely visit here again... hardest part is deciding what to order because it all sounds good....

We had a wonderful experience at The Rookwood. Food was great, our waiter, Roscoe was fantastic. He gave us great information on the history of the building, he was great. The building is beautiful inside and out and has a beautiful view of the city. I would definitely recommend it for a nice evening out.
