Blown out of the water by the hotpot tasting menu. It's a must try experience and don't be shy because of spice its perfectly managed by the talented kitchen.

This is the ideal place for a special occasion or a fancy date. The white tablecloth dining room upstairs is chic and elegant, just like the food. The platings are so beautiful you might feel bad about eating it. Excellent wine and cocktail list. When they say the carrot cake is award-winning, they aren't lying.

Very nice restaurant the view is also very nice from the huge windows on the second floor. The food is decent but fairly over priced. Biggest complaint was our waitress.

I was surprised by The Source. An overrated place with too much hype this is not. And since the crowds flock to 14th Street these days, snagging a table is a breeze. The salmon salad was phenomenal — perfectly cooked and seasoned, fresh, crisp, delicious. Homemade chocolate chip cookies served warm with lunch are to die for. Service is pleasant and solicitous and the dining area is airy and bright. Loved it.

A buzzy scene in beguiling bi-level digs awaits at this Penn Quarter Asian from the Wolfgang Puck team that's adjacent to the Newseum; maybe the space lacks ambiance and the tabs run expensive, but payoffs include delightful choices like the tuna tartare cones and Sunday's delicious, bargain dim sum brunch.
