We were in the mood for Italian food and decided to stop by Spaghetti Western. The food was amazing it definitely had a unique charm about it. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Nothing we ate was disappointing. We will most definitely be coming back.

I really liked the funky atmosphere. I would almost call it retro, but I can't tell if it is intentional, or not ;)

The food is very good, they have a nice variety of traditional and non traditional Italian style dishes. The service is very good, and you really can't ask for more. I love the fact the pasta is cooked perfectly. Sometimes some Italian restaurants over cook the pasta when making it in large batches. Very well done.

Shepard Location: I was quite disappointed in the customer service I consistently receive from this location. There are very few options that I have as an Assistant, to order lunch for my Executive team on a weekly basis that will deliver. I was overjoyed when I discovered Spaghetti Western, however, my excitement dies there.
Today, I called (at 9 am) to place a delivery order and was told that I should have called earlier because they already have an order for delivery today and since that order was for 20 people and mine was for only 5, that was priority. As a customer I felt like I didn't matter, I didn't need to know that there was a much larger order that took precedent over mine, Or that you were not staffed to accommodate me. I needed you to provide a service and not turn it around on me as if that is my problem to solve.
I don't know her name but she usually answers the phone and delivers the food, she has never been accommodating and one time she stood in my lobby and yelled for someone rather than dialing "0" on the phone so that I knew she was there.
We do not need excuses, we need solutions and if you do not know how to provide my company with the quality of service needed we will not order with you anymore.
