Good food and well it's a hotel bar so don't expect cheap drinks. Had a fun time bar was packed as we showed up after a Penguins game. Staff was excellent.

My friend and I came here for dinner before a Pens Game on a saturday around 4:30pm. We sat a hightop near the bar and notified the bartender we were sitting there and he told us 1 of 3 waitresses will be over soon. We waited for about 15minutes before one of them came over to take our drink order. We ordered a Vodka and Diet Coke/Pepsi and a Labatt Blue draft. Another 15 minutes went buy until we get our drinks, but we got a vodka sprite and a labatt blue light draft. We sucked it up and drank them. My draft beer tasted very dirty and had a metal taste (dirty beer lines i am guessing).

We then get around to ordering, I got a cheesburger with NO ONION, cooked medium well, and my friend got chicken fingers with Ranch instead of the Honey Mustard as is says on the menu. 25-30 minutes later we get our food, My burger has onions on it and her chicken fingers came with mustard instead of ranch. My burger was cooked closer to rare and had alot of PINK/RED in it. Again, we sucked it up and ate the most we could.

We then asked for check after eating, to only wait 35-45 minutes for her to take my card off the table and charge it. We spent more time here waiting on our wrong drink order and wrong food order.

We were recommended this place by a few people in the city, and we will not be returning or recommending it to other people.

Great place for two star food at a five star price. For example, a standard size Grey Goose Martini cost $17.00. There are much better restaurants within walking distance, with very good food and drinks at a reasonable price.

I ordered the "Pittsburgher" medium rare with a side of fries and a Vesper martini. The patty tasted like it was reheated from a preformed frozen mess, was well overcooked, and generally didn't taste good. Fries were outstanding. The bartender made a horrible, watered down (literally) martini and charged me $15 for it.

Staff was friendly and overall service was average. Since the food/ drink was of such poor quality I won't be dining here again. I would NOT recommend this place after my experience.
