You ALWAYS! HAVE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW!!! THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT! EAT HERE OFTEN UNTIL I RAN INTO ROTTEN TURKEY SAUSAGE FOR THAT $1.99 BREAKFAST. I ORDER WITH CHEESE EGGS THERE WAS NO CHEESE! No the mac&cheese is not worth $5

We have been using the same place for catering our Thanksgiving luncheon and I wanted to try a different place. I called the Turkey Grill, I know this place has great food, I have been many times. But the way Tanisha (supervisor) was talking to me on the phone, she just lost my business. If you ever wonder why black businesses don't survive, take a look at your employees and how they treat your customers/potential business. Don't think just because your black owned that you deserve support from the black community when you treat and talk to us like pieces of $hit!!!!!!

Food:

The meatloaf and mashed potatoes are great. However, the mac and cheese is awful. Kraft is better. The customer service over the phone was bad, but the manager made up for it when I arrived at 9:49pm and they said they were closed (although Google says they close at 11:30pm). They close at 10pm. She did allow me to get food anyhow! That was kind of her. It is a black owned business so I expect nothing but excellence from them. I hope they get it together for the sake of our race and other black business owners.

first of all the food is WONDERFUL!!!! i would hate to be the owner of this place with the employees he has running it, they NEVER answer the phone, you have to actually go down there and place your order, then they are super sloooow!!!!!! i really wish i knew the owner personally to let him know all the GOOD BUSINESS he is losing, its a shame because the food is so so so good, but the service is down right horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, 5/6/15, I visit the Turkey Grill and encountered the most rude, disgruntled employee that I have experienced In a long while... Maybe I should have excepted her long stare at me rather then the common courtesy greetings to be nothing. I ignored that and then I ordered... 2 Famous Turkey burgers with cheese and bacon, 1 order of fries and 1 large Lemon aid. I go take a seat to await my order. I start to think, maybe she's not rude and as I'm thinking that the man she's waiting on begins fusing at her for being rude and having a bad attitude. That re-confirmed my suspicion that this woman do not need to be on the register. 30 minutes later, I get my order and I got a somewhat smaller size lemon aid. I ask where is the large lemon aid I ordered? Her response... "We don't carry large..". She should have said that in the beginning... Attitude is a disease... No one wants to go to a place with that kind of disease in it. Especially, if you just spent nearly $30.00.
