Run the other way! This place took my reservation just yesterday and we were downtown not able to find the valet. Finally we park and walk to the place and it has a sign "Closed for good." Out of business? Health dept? Why take a reservation and having said that thanks for not letting me know as you have my contact info. Whatever the reason how unprofessional and rude. DO NOT EAT HERE. DANGER! One other couple was there having had made reservations yesterday too. What a horrendous experience. Read the other bad reviews and take heed as I should have.

since we sat down it was horrible. No one asked for our drink order after they finally got around to us ten minutes after we sat down. Then we didn't get all the salads we ordered and had to ask several times for refills. Our food still hasn't come after an hour and fifteen minutes. Oh wait we just got it.. Don't come here.

My wife and I and another couple went to the Vault this Friday we had a great time! We were all seated quickly and were pleasantly suprised that the Vault has live music on weekends. We didnt know the name of the band but they was fantastic all night long. Our server Nicola was friendly and helpful. He suggested the potato crusted calamari (great call)which has this fantastic sweet and spicy sauce that we killed, and we also ordered the lobster crab cakes which were very fresh. Our friends both ordered the filet mignon and couldnt stop talking about it .My wife ordered the honey miso salmon (which our whole table loved, we were all trying each others food because of the new menu) and I had the vodka penne pasta which we all thought had an amazing flavor. We couldnt decide on dessert so we tried three different ones Kahlua chocolake cake, carrot cake and our favorite bourben cream brulee ,they were all really good.We loved the new menu and the live music aspect, the bar downstairs was sublime. We will definately be back.

I am relatively easy to please when it comes to dining, but I could not believe how horrible the service was. The food came 2 hours after we ordered. The waitress actually admitted that she had placed another ticket ahead of ours because that table "had plans" and could not wait. Our food was cold. No forks for two of us. My husband's food was brought out 15 min. after the rest of the tables and it was the wrong order. My filet was more like pot roast, and I really think the gravy was Heinz turkey gravy. Overall, it was the biggest waste of time. What a great facade. This place does not deserve a spot in downtown Fort Worth. I would be embarrased if any of my friends from out of town were to eat there and think it is a representative experience of Fort Worth service. I am really sorry to have to say this, but overall, it is unacceptable.

Went there for lunch with some coworkers. Food was great and service was on time. Started out with the Roasted Piquillo Peppers and the Smoked Salmon which were great! This could have been my meal by itself, but I did not stop there. For entree I chose the Lump Crab & Spinach Ravioli with Asparagus/Fontina Cream which was unbelievable! Will definitely be back.

The bar downstairs is one of a kind.
