No electrical outlets near desk. Old tub and toilet. Tiny bathroom. Elevators are LOUD. Ask to be moved if you are placed by them.

Comfortable and very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting OKC.

Outdated rooms, tiny bathroom, ac was not working. Read other reviews online and every review is responded with an automatic robo generic reply, shows that they really don't care to improve, just want to appear involved/concerned. Gym was great though. Go figure, amazing gym, horrible rooms.

The rooms were comfortable. The beds were soft. The view was great! The stay was excellent.

This location was ideal for visiting the convention centers and nearby business district. The vibe was friendly and upbeat. Parking was $10 per night and while unwelcome, it was expected with a convention site and arena within 3 blocks of it. The problems came in with the actual decor and comfort. I am very used to leaving a hotel coveting the bedding. Not so with the Sheraton. We were kind of shut in due to bad weather so I expected to lounge around reading all day. However, the bed was so horrible that I spent that time in the lounge downstairs. When you are dreaming about how bad the bed feels you know that's a terrible bed. Almost felt like springs. Think sofa bed as a comparison. This was surprising to me because I thought I read they had renovated in the not too distant past. The lounge was nice, however it is directly in the path of the front doors so of course everytime the door opened the blistery cold air came in. I would have abandoned the lounge but again no chairs in the hotel room meant I would have to sit on the hard uncomfortable bed. Spending less than 6 hours in that bed at night was about all I could take. Did not come back rested from this hotel stay. I also did voice my opinions during my survey provided by the hotel but did not hear back. Oh well. Maybe business is booming and they don't care if you enjoyed your visit.
