Food:

Three years ago Thepthai had a Thai buffet that enabled a group to get in and out in less than an hour. They no longer have the buffet, and consequently you must suffer through the worst service possible. Our orders were delivered over a twenty minute period, and one of those was wrong. There was no chili oil at our table, and the empty container was ignored. We were never asked for drink orders (okay, that kept it cheap). The food was okay, but since we waited until all were served several of us were eating cooled rice and noodles.
The best days are in the past for this restaurant.

Food:

The food's decent. Decoration is decent too, if a bit tacky. The help was slow and scarce, and somewhat unprofessional and even pushy at times. The lunch buffet is decently priced, but you get what you pay for. Best to come a little early and beat the rush.
