LOVE the food here! Most authentic Mexican food I've had in Alaska. Love the soups, and the non-Americanized dishes on the menu. Service can be hit or miss sometimes, but the food makes up for everything!

I had lunch here the other day, and I must say I was shocked. From the outside it is a run of the mill looking Mexican restaurant in a strip mall. There is nothing too fancy even when you walk in the door. When I walked in a very polite young man walked me to my table gave me a menu and set me up with the standard water, chips and salsa. The salsa was great, not your standard watered down flavorless crap like most places serve. I was still a bit apprehensive being that this was my first time eating here so I went with the old standby of carne assada tacos. There are no words to describe how amazing they are . All of the employees were very friendly, and I even had a visit from the owner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food.

Terrible food and the service was horrible!!!

Avoid this restaurant!

The waitress had a little son eating there while she worked, and this kid stood and ate at their lunch buffet line. He would make his plate, decide he didn't want something on the plate, and just shove it back on to the items on the buffet line. I told the waitress/mother about this and she said, 'he's only 9 years old!'...

Needless to say, I did not eat have the buffet. Their complentary chips were cold and I never got a single refill on the water.
My lunch seemed 'microwaved'....

After I paid for my meal, I did not get the correct change, and the waitress was upset that I corrected her. I asked for a leftover container to take my leftovers for my dog, and she tried to charge me $1,00 for the container...I left the food....

I will NEVER got to this sorry a$$ restaurant again! I will also tell everyone I know of this experience, so they'll lose business!!!

If you want to eat good Mexican food, go to El Rodeo on Muldoon (1 street over). Their food is so much better and the service is superb!

Delivery was advised 1 hour delivery time, which was fine. Received the wrong order, called them at 815pm. Spoke with the same woman who helped take order. First she verified with me what I had ordered and what was delivered. She asked if we wanted to keep what they brought or wanted our order made again. Advised them we would like what we ordered. Then I receive a call at 845pm, this time from a man. He implied that we did receive the right order, advised him what we ordered and what was actually delivered. They called again and advised they will trade with what they brought over and the new correct ordered. Which I was fine with we didn't need to keep the wrong order. The correct order came at 9:30pm.
