Tim Horton's, Columbus, Ohio Restaurant Details

I want to know what kinda business your running?? 3 times I have come down in the evening your out of bread for sandwich's, kinda sad you have them on your menu and don't have bread to to make them.. Sad way to run a business..

It's with a heavy heart I write to you. I don't normally take this long to send e-mails regarding bad service but I really like Timmy's so I debated just letting it go but I can't. After waiting patiently (no other choice really) behind a woman whose order was quit long I was relieved to see a motivated employee attempt to open another register to take my order. She was told she was needed elsewhere because only one customer waiting wasn't a big deal. I'm aware of my status in life but to tell everyone else was a bit insensitive. After a remark like that one I wasn't sure how to react. Then another employee came up to the donut rack and began eating from it right in front of me and was quickly joined by another employee, who judging by proximity and body language was attempting to court the donut eater. All this while unimportant me just stood there (no other option really). So I left. I went and bought coffee and a sandwich from a local deli which I'd never been in and it turned out to be delightful. I'll miss Timmy's coffee. I'll miss the staff at the Fort Erie Duty Free location. I haven't had a chance to even partake in the Nutella adventure...and I never will. I owe you nothing so my forgiveness isn't warranted and I'll just brew my own coffee and make my own breakfast from now on. I'm very sad about this but I'll move on and customer service will as well. Sorry Horton's! Best of luck without my cup.

Very very extremely rude... I work with the public on a daily basis and one thing i know is.... No Matter what kind of day you are having... Good, bad, sad, happy.... You must always treat each and every customer with respect and maturity.... So Yolanda from Tim Hortons on High St.... I believe your managers need to teach you how to treat customers.... Remember if it weren't for the customers you wouldn't get a pay check.... Or better yet Yolanda maybe you should find another job that doesn't require you to have a nice personality!

It's a coffee place and they served me burnt coffee. I call that a fail!! Server was very polite tho.

I visit a lot of TIm Hortons and this one is the best. Exceptional morning crew keep the drive through moving so fast you hardly have time to get your money out. Love it.
