ALWAYS GOOD NEVER HAD A BAD PIZZA. AND FOR USING AN EXPIRED COUPON??? REALY. GET REAL PS I BEAT YOU STILL ORDER FROM THERE. THE GULISANO FAMILY.

After several years I am upset with the sheet pizza we had tonight. We usually order a sheet pizza every 4-5 weeks as we drive from Henrietta area. The pizza was black on outside in some places & undercooked in middle.

Called to ask if ovens working okay today, was advised they were. In 4 years of ordering pizzas every 5 weeks from them, I am miffed. Manager or assistant manager, not too sauvy. Never, ever complained. Sorry Tom & Nancy's!

So you are mad that you cant use an expired coupon? And you say that they are fighting over a few dollars? Why put an experation date on a coupon if it doesnt make the coupon invalid? Hello???

Had a coupon that expired 4 days ago, asked manager if he would honor it because it came out of the Clipper Mag for Sept and Oct and it was still Oct. He said no so I said if they cant I'll just use a coupon and order from somewhere else. He said "fine, go ahead." I said, so over a few dollar coupon he'd be willing to lose our business today and in the future and he said "whatever, do you want the food or not, because I am busy." So the rudeness and unwillingness to provide the slightest bit of customer service has lost them my and my families business forever....over a few dollar coupon. So we ordered from Tony's (which was great) and when they brought the pizza they said "just keep the coupon and use it again next time!" What a brilliant concept, use coupons to bring in business, not to drive it away!

Awesome food, Great employees, always friendly, they are busy hard working people.
Love the food and would recommend to everyone!
