12/23/2015 10:35 pmBest brunch buffet on the plaza. Also known for there Bloody Mary bar on Sunday. Good reverse happy hour if you are out late. Park in the parking garage behind the restaurant on Jefferson ST and take the stairwell down to the back of the house entrance. |

10/20/2015 7:52 amI never ever leave negative reviews because I'm in the hospitality industry but I've had a long day and this male bartender upstairs just got under my skin. At 2am I went upstairs to go ask if they were still serving food was told no, which was fine. I then said could I order a drink instead and was told they already did last call. It was 2am and they close at 3am so I asked why....? The guys answer was: because we did with a snide look on his face. He wouldn't serve me a drink even with multiple guests still sitting there drinking. Seemed they were his friends though. I was on a business trip and got done doing admin work 5 minutes prior in my hotel room not some college kid, already inebriated, and being rude. I've worked in hospitality my entire life and not once have I ever denied a guest service during business hours and as a GM I would NEVER deny revenue no matter the time of day. Best part is had they not said that the other 15 people I was with would have come down and the bartender could have had a pretty full pocket of cash before leaving on a Tuesday night! We hospitality folk tend to tip extremely heavy when we're provided great service especially late night after sitting in meetings all day and working late. Too bad for the restaurant owner who just lost our business for the next 3 days we're in town at the Sheraton next door. There's many other eateries/bars within walking distance I'm sure wouldn't turn guests or revenue away to leave a little earlier and because of this they will have or business. |

08/11/2015 2:10 amMust be nice to be able to turn away hundreds of dollars worth of business!! Our group of 20 was told, by the manager, that they had no way of accommodating our large group. There were plenty of empty tables. We didn't even care if we didn't sit together! We had a group of 15 there the night before, but, despite horribly rude service by our waitress, we liked it enough to go back the next night. I can honestly say that no one in our group will ever be back. We also will not be shy of sharing our experiences with everyone we know, by word of mouth and social media. |
