Tommy's has been called one of the best burger joints in town, but I personally love to get their po' boys!

HORRIBLE customer service! A group of 7 of us that work @ Southcentral foundation called to place an order, we were told it would take 30 minutes before we can pick it up. We wanted to add one more burger to our order so we called them back. Then the lady 'Erin' tells us that they were just going to call us back to tell us 'they had to CANCEL our order that they couldn't fulfill our order because it was too big of an order & that they were super busy!' REALLY???? never EVER in my life has a restaurant turned down an order for pick up just because it was 'a BIG order' & 'it was SUPER busy'!!! THAT IS FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!! I called back to get this person's name...then she tells me did I want to put that order in still that it would take 45 minutes when instead of CANCELLING our order she should have told us it was going to take longer to make before we could pick it up would have been JUST FINE!!! We have never had this experience with tommy burger, we always order from here but maybe the 'lazy' crew was working today...smh...horrible customer service ERIN & whoever was running your shift who made that decision!!

Love the RLE Hello Burger with cheddar!!! Fries are seasoned well and taste delicious. Not much dining room space to eat except in the summer when they have outdoor tables.

Over priced for the food and not seasoned or very tasty. $5 for 5 chicken nuggets no fries or drink so a $1 a nugget for kids pffft! And $11 for just a Philly with no fries $10 for just a burger was also a joke.. and the fries are just normal frozen cheap fries had cheese and bacon added and ordered onion rings that were just normal onion rings. My milkshake costs more then the tub of Kirklands ice cream they used to make it. Only thing going for this place is the amazing awesome sweet friendly cheerful loverly lady at the table. Could have went to Carl's jr and gotten it cheaper and better..

It was a really nice place to eat. The burgers are delicious onion rings are awesome rootbeer floats are yummy and strawberry milkshakes mummm. They had good service good music felt like a restaurant at the beach love it will come back.
