Road trip from NJ and stopped by this place thanks to DDD. Adam happened to be near the door when we walked in and and he made us feel absolutely welcomed! We ordered the brisket and pork shoulder...very yummy!

It is not what it use to be! I'm a long time Tom's customer and it sucks today! Went there on 03-03-2016 and very disappointed! Since when are riblets become rib tips! Being cheap has just lost a customer ! I'm from Memphis and this is the worst in Memphis now!

Only place not complete packed today. Food is always good and a great price. What I got here today for $12 would have cost at least $19 at Memphis Barbaque and not any better.

I had the beef brisket and it was so good!!!! My friend eats ribs all the time and he said his was the best ribs he has ever eaten. All of you should go here if you come to Memphis! They treated us so nicely that they gave us free wings!! Love them!!

This was Horn Lake, MS BBQ around or little before 7:00 PM. (didn't see reviews for their place) Site says open till 8:00 PM but looked like they were trying to close early. Only 2 people visible but still (one sweeping) someone came to window & ask to take our order. (No mention of trying to close etc. very nice) We ordered 2 white pulled combos to go. Been going there every week since they first opened & really enjoyed the BBQ & friendly people, so wanted to carry someone new over there. Was absolutely horrible.. got BBQ chopped to bits (not white or even pulled, so dry it was terrible, just fell out of buns in crumbs. Previously sent another family over there who were displeased. I so regretted taking someone new there. If you can't serve, your closing early, it's better to tell a person than give them bad food they pay good money for & loose a customer....CONSISTANCY is everything.... VERY disappointed....
