Tony's Restaurant, Tampa, Florida Restaurant Details

I work in the area and order from Tony's all the time, I have never had any issues until recently, there customer service has not so much declined It has fallen off of a cliff, when the EXTREMLY RUDE lady starts a conversation by telling you it will be 45 minutes, then an hour, then an hour and a half for delivery in the first 15-30 seconds on the phone to persuade you not to order for delivery then tells you they don't deliver to your location even though I have a 1/2 dozen receipts from the last 30 days alone well''' they really suck, the food at very best is mediocre the only reason I have ordered from there for so long is for the convenience of delivery now I guess I will have to drive to JIMBO'S for breakfast at least there I can get great food and great customer service. Maybe someone should clue Tony's Westshore in that the only thing worse than HORRIBLE customer service is word of mouth!!!!!!!!!!

I cant believe these negative reviews. As a businessman in the Westshore area, I eat at Tonys every day. Im there at 12:10 and my food is on my table by 12:20. Home cooked specials for around 7 bucks everyday. Good food. Dee is my waitress and she is always smiling, gets my order in quick and checks a couple of times while I'm eating to see if I need anything..she's great..If you're looking for a good quick lunch so you can get back to your office on time, check out Tony's...Its a good deal....

Avoid this place like the plague. The food was disgusting. It didn't taste fresh at all. It was not cheap either, $8 for a tiny sandwich and a coke.

The shrimp I ordered was disgusting, they didn't have the decency to devein the shrimp. The french fries were soggy and tasteless. They messed up my co-worker's order too and Tony hung up on her when she tried to get our orders corrected.

Food:

Most of the staff is delightful but the blonde with tattoos is very rude, in person & over the phone. She's always rushing. Tony on the other hand is always helpful. I've never heard him yell or rush any customer.
