Having moved from manhattan I was looking for a deli and wanted a sandwich keep in mind north carolina wages and what I found was manhattan prices I knew the food was not going to be Manhattan quality. I left rather than complain about the sandwich or the prices

Be aware that cake slices are not uniform. You pay the same price but that does not mean you get the same amount of food as the next customer. I was waiting for my to go order and watched an employee get a slice of cake and serve it to a customer. It was huge and worth the price charged. I was very disappointed when I looked in my bag and found my cake was half the size of the cake I saw served. I think restaurants should be consistent with their portions. I did not receive my money's worth and that bothers me. Good food is important but so is value especially these days.

One in our party had a burger, the rest of us had chicken salad sandwiches. The burger was pretty tasteless. The chicken salads weren't bad but really aren't great by any stretch. $5.75 for a somewhat decent sandwich... And ANY side is extra $$. Pepsi... blah. Lousy cheapo ketchup... please. Won't go back.

I have had the unfortunate experience of eating here 3 times. Each time I have been yapped at by a big lady who doesn't even look at me and says "What do you want!?" The fries are seriously Walmart brand (TrueValue) and the hotdogs are from Sam's Club. It is usually slow service and watch out for extra cheese - it'll cost you a dollar a slice. The chicken salad however is the only exception. It actually tastes good, but only if you get it to go. The cigarrette smoke tasting air won't make it seem too good. Get the chicken salad to go and take it home to make your own sandwich. Save your time.
