I was in the store Saturday an a tall dirty heavy set blonde lady was yelling and rude to employees while customers were in the store. I don't know what kind of manger or supervisor she was but there are ways to handle things and she doesn't now how. Word of advice if you want a good calm meal. You see this women in the store leave anything could happen while she is there. Needs better management.

Tops has been there as long as I can remember, one of the few surviving original businesses in the old Veteran's hospital district. Their double cheseburger is one of the best in town too, always cooked to order.
