03/07/2016 8:18 pmtry this restaurant for the first time because of my friend recommend it to me. i must said the the food was pretty good and fresh. i ordered beef broccoli, the beef was tender and fresh and broccoli was by far very fresh to me. my roommate order chicken lo mein which test so good. and their price is very modest. if you want cheap but good Chinese food, it is a very nice choice. overall i give this restaurant five star. i will try it again. |

02/13/2016 4:04 amHow did I learn about Top's? I received a flyer in the mail; then I called the to order dinner. The staff was conscientious enough to I knew how to find the shop since it's nestled behind other businesses in a small plaza along Columbia Pike. It is little more than a kitchen and a counter, not unlike other places where pick-up or delivery is the general business model. Not fancy, but functional; and the staff were polite. |

03/04/2015 12:33 amI only give this restaurant 1 star because I can't give it any lower. I've gotten sick from the food before and decided to give it a second chance. When I received my fried chicken wings it was pink on the inside and the shrimp in the rice was uncooked, making me gag at one bite. I still have a taste aversion to shrimp and won't eat it. |

03/02/2014 1:07 amAfter trying several Chinese take-out places (including one directly in front of our apartment building), we finally got around to ordering from Top's China. Since then, we haven't ordered anywhere else! The quality of the food is good - the chicken never has any of those gross pieces in it, and isn't over breaded like some places. The wonton soup is delicious and is not too salty. We've ordered the hot & sour soup, general tso chicken, sesame chicken, beef and snow peas, and lo mein - all were delicious. Obviously Chinese take-out is never a fancy meal, but Top's China won't disappoint. As a bonus, with an order of $15 you get two free egg rolls. |
