Townhall, Cleveland, Ohio, Vegan-friendly Restaurant Details

Food:

The ambience is nice. The staff are friendly and accommodating even when it's extremely packed. The food and wine selection are awesome. One of my favorite places to dine in Ohio.

Food:

Maybe the regular food from here is good but from my vegetarian experience it has not been so. The veggie burger was the biggest dissapointment ever. Very mushy and tasted like straight up black beans. fries were cold.. On another occasion I tried their tacos with the option of their vegan chicken which was a sad experience as well. The components of the taco were fine but the vegan chicken tasted like it came straight out of a stale box..without love, without flavor. Townhall should definitely consider revamping and showing more attention to their vegetarian options asap!

Townhall continues to be the buzziest place to grab a meal & drinks in CLE, and for good reason. First, you can always count on an attractive crowd that knows how to have a good time, whether it be Saturday night or Tuesday morning. The vibe is upbeat and comfortable, and the staff have a way of making you feel at home and important at the same time. While the beer selection is extensive and craft cocktails on point.. Their dining menu is what I am most impressed with. Every offering is certified GMO-free. That is amazing, and it makes me feel good to know that what I'm eating is coming out of a kitchen that holds itself to those standards and principles. Beyond that, the vegan/paleo/gluten free options abound and for once going out to dinner actually means making healthier choices, sans guilt & MSG. The Power Salad & Glazed Lamb gave me my first foodgasm, highly recommended. Overall, Townhall is a place that embodies the forward-thinking spirit of Ohio City. One of the first places I send friends in from out of town who want to see why Cleveland is getting so much good press lately.

Probably the best overall restaurant I've ever been to and it's healthy non-gmo too! Lamb chops and beef short ribs are amazing. The veggies burger and spicy tacos are delicious! I seriously have not had anything I didn't like! I drive an hour and 15 minutes once a week to eat here its that good

What a great place! aesthetically pleasing and the food is fresh and delicious. The beer list is out of this world and the cocktails are very crafty and creative. Service was very quick and friendly. Would definitely suggest to friends.
