Bottom line if you want good food, a clean environment and excellent customer service then please DO NOT GO to this place. Not only was the server rude when we complained about under cooked chicken, she actually asked me if I was sure. When as a tip I suggested they get better mannerism the cook / manager actually came out side to say sorry you weren't happy with the service I won't be heart broken just don't return. It was his lucky day had it been me 10yrs ago I would have turned back and spit inn his face! I just walked away. Lol we are actually pretty awesome tippers and clients. Seems they are only welcoming to their regulars. Too bad their loss not ours. Monte's just up the road on the same stretch actually has The BEST PIZZA & ITALIAN CUISINE you would expect!!!!!

Horrible. The chicken had zero flavor and it was just boiled chicken. The taste was awful. I sent it back and did not order anything else. They did take it off my bill. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to a good meal.

A limited menu and not open Sundays, but the nicest, quietest Italian restaurant in Charlotte County, if not South Western Florida. Quintessential Italian at nominal cost, with everyone extremely polite, no desperate hurrying by the waitstaff, just polite concern for each table. Usually, 3 high school or college age boys clearing tables and/or asking if you need more sumptuous bread or anything else, an olive oil and garlic dipping dish, good wine and large helpings of the main course in true Italian style.

And then there's Mama. Five feet tall dressed in black, serious persona, but always pleasant and willing to converse, but not having to direct the waitstaff because they are all doing their job.
