DO NOT PATRONIZE MARY COYLE/MICHAEL TRECASO RESTAURANT IN AKRON!!!!!! I visited the restaurant today at 6pm with my son to enjoy a pasta dinner by utilizing an Entertainment Book coupon. I advised the waitress before ordering we had the coupon and she told me what I could choose from. After eating our meal, I presented the coupon on my Entertainment Book mobile app to the waitress as she was taking my money. She didn't know how to use the coupon from the app so she asked the owner MICHAEL TRECASO how to use it, he said "no, I am not taking that" "no that is not my coupon" "no you are not using that coupon" and caused a scene. I explained to him I told the waitress I had the coupon and that I am not paying for two meals. He walked away and the waitress apologized and walked away. I went to the counter and asked to speak to him prior to paying. I advised him that I was being forced to pay full price due to him not honoring his coupon and that I would immediately notify my credit card company about his fraudulent coupon and advise everyone I know on social media about what he did. He walked over to me, grabbed my credit card and punched my take out container on the counter and glared at me. THIS WAS A FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE! I advised him I would not be back and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS!!! AND IN FRONT OF A TODDLER!!!!! see below pic of my smashed to go container and coupon!!

awful service, below par food. The ice cream is nothing to write about either. Yuck!

Go here for ice cream never for food! I love the ice cream but made the mistake once of ordering food. Portions too small and food lacking flavor. Then when the server came out she spilled it all over my partner took another 30 min to wait for food n still charged us for it. Mind you the owner was there and didnt do anything, almost even acted as if it was our fault! So really zero stars for food but maybe 4 for ice cream.
