Cabo Chop was total Yum. Even though I didn't really want the fried bread bowl, it was worth the calories. The salad was so tasty and the workers did a very efficient job in such small quarters. They had it down to a science. It was quick, tasty, and healthy for the most part. I would eat there again. I even remember the salad makers being friendly which is also a part of the memorable experience.

Food:

Meaty beefy goodness in every bite. The horseradish sauce they liberally apply is unbelievable. The bread could be toasted on the inside better to lock in the juices but I won't mess with this good thing! Down right belt busting greatness
