It's a cafe/restaurant inside a bookstore.

The breakfast/brunch is tasty. Service is friendly.

I don't know if they still have them on the menu, but when I went, Nepalese dumplings (momos) were being offered, and they were quite tasty, and a nice change from the normal eggs, bacon, lox type of brunch menus normally on offer.

I've been to this place several times.
the food is not greatest in this area for its price.
and the music is very loud! someone shouting in your ear all time!
but its open till midnight and has free wifi.

Awful. The ambiance was cool...... at first until we actually sat down for food. My husband and I opted to sit at the bar rather than wait for a table and man, that was a bad decision. We were surrounded by servers who habitually complained about guests and their job. Literally, they would stop, talk to each other in front of us and slam guests and management. What a mood killer. Aside for the terrible staff who clearly hate their lives and jobs the food was mediocre at best. 5 minutes after ordering we received our food which, most people wouldn't mind but we did because the eggs were incredibly overcooked. My eggs were brown (flash fried) and my husbands over easy were hard.

Very cozy place with a moderate price range. The best brunch and breakfast in the area. They bring your order so fast that you won't even be able to advance just one page of the book you brought there. By the way, no need to bring a book - it's a book store after all. I come here every weekend and have not once been disappointed.

My boyfriend and I had a late flight into Boston we were staying nearby Newbury street and we were hungry. We were undecided on what to eat so, the waitress informed us breakfast is most popular. We both ordered the truck stop breakfast which was one sausage, one pancake, eggs, toast and home fries. The only good decient part of the meal was the eggs. The home fries was over seasoned. The sausage was over cooked. The toast was very hard and tasted like old bread. The pancake had no flavor until I put syrup on it. Overall I would not recommend eating here. Seems like a nice place to read a book but not so great with serving breakfast food.
