Dear Trinity Grille,

Your Uptown salad makes my little heart happy. The delicious mix of savory and sweet with dates and goat cheese makes this delicious all year long. Thank you for having the best salad ever.

If you don't eat meat or if you have any dietary requests, Trinity Grille will refuse to accommodate you. I work downtown and the chef refuses to make anything off the menu for a high profile vegan client coming with a large lunch party. I find this to be highly unusual for a restaurant that claims to have high standards and quality. I have never run into this problem in any restaurant in Denver. Usually chefs have no problem accommodating dietary requests. I now know not to bring clients to Trinity since there are several restaurants that offer vegetarian options and will gladly accommodate dietary requests.
