This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I came in on a Monday night. We walked in, and from the time we got to the register, to the time we left, the employee working only said two words to us. We walked up to order, and she didn't greet us or say anything, she just stood there and stared at us with a smug look. After I ordered, still nothing. She took her time making our smoothies, when she was finished, she walked back over to the other side of the counter, said "hey you", and set our smoothies down on the counter and rolled her eyes. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. We didn't do or say anything negative to this girl that would have caused her to treat us like this. She was just rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to her that we were there. I will not be giving this location any more of my money, and I hope someone from the management team is aware of how people are being treated here.

I work a few blocks away so this would be very convenient for me but every time I come here the people are very rude and act like you are an inconvenience because you want to order.

I also go here because it is close to my job, but both times I went there I was unsatisfied. The first time they charged me extra for something I did not order nor did I receive. I called them and they said it would be credited on my next purchase. So I go back and order my favorite smoothie and I did receive the deduction I was promised but the girl on the phone lacked basic customer service skills and training. She did not know how to ring up a purchase over the phone and did not ask me to hold before she cut me off and started talking to another coworker about how to submit the transaction and then after she told me the payment was processed she just HUNG UP. When I get there over 5mins later to pick up my order it wasn't even ready. When I did receive my beach bum smoothie. It was not blended thoroughly, I detected ZERO white chocolate, and it was very bland. I will not return to this location and I will suggest to my coworkers against visiting their store...

I usually go here bc it's close to work, but I'll remind myself to go to the one close to my house. Shondrayia (the ghetto, rude white girl) is very rude. Like, has the worst attitude in the world. Becky is always just as sweet, but I hope she hires someone that doesn't turn their customers away.
