Place isn't that clean, they make your smoothie and then don't tell you it's ready and let you sit and wait because they are in la la land.

Not 24 HRS!!! Smoothies are bland. Little to no flavor. Staff is rude and food taste bad. My son won't even eat it! And my son eats everything!

Very offensive music about drugs and alcohol playing when I walked in. Not really appropriate for a place that tries to promote health

Place used to make drinks taste consistently. Now it's slowly going down the drain. I think it's time to kick tropical smoothie out of my life. Hello Jamba juice

This location does not allow you to use your stamp card and your 10% off discount flip flop in a single transaction like some other locations do. It's either one or the other not both. I questioned the employee that was working there on why we can't use both and she said in a rude manner that they are a franchised location and don't allow that. When I continued to push the subject, but she ignored me and proceeded to take the next customer's order.
