I love the smoothies here! Stopped by this morning with 20 minutes to spare before heading to my class. I waited in drive thru for 13minutes before I got to the window. Then waited 5 minutes before the only person working came to the door, didnt even ask for my card or anything right when I pulled up. However, it took 5 minutes of waiting for someone to finally open the window, only to tell me that they didn't even have one of the ingredients to put in the drink I ordered. I didn't think it would take 20 minutes for me to get my ONE smoothie, while the 2 cars in front of me ordered like 2 smoothies each. Service sucked ass. Not only was I late by 2 minutes (not a big of a deal), but I wasted about 20 minutes in a drive thru to not even get my order.

Service in the drive thru is absolutely terrible! I sat in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes with one car in front of me. The car in front of me had one beverage. Go figure. Smoothies here are great, but I won't return unless the service changes!

The service there is horrible. I ordered a smoothie and three tacos. I got the smoothie and it was very good. Sat down and waited for my tacos and after 5 minutes I asked how much longer before my tacos were done. It turns out they hadn't even begun making my tacos. They said they would start making my tacos right away after a few minutes the young lady came out with only two of my three tacos.

I really enjoyed the smoothie, I got the Sunny Day, definitely think the smoothies are better here then jamba juice and the service I received was great. I came in this morning 9/04 around 10am and the girl that helped me was awesome and helpful.

Smoothies are great but service sucks. Every time I come here teenage girls are messing around giggling talking to each other and taking their sweet ass time. If only there were another location close to work or better employees
