I was just in this location on 5/20 around 10:30 a.m to get the island green. The blond girl that work the register need's to be FIRED!!!!!!!!....First she already seem like she didn't want to be at work..no greeting or anything....I said fine brushed it off..because some people just have miserable lives...Not my problem....after ringing me up she immediately threw my receipt away...Assuming I didn't want it...I said I didn't need to sign the receipt ....she said no...and was like oh did you want it? I said yes...Then bends down to get it...I said...did you just get that out of the trash....she said yea, do you want it?..I said No..not after you just got it out of the trash....No apology or anything...Please Please Please whomever is running this place get your people in check...Terrible Customer Service

I don't know who's managing the store but they're not doing a very good job. They mistreat people and don't even care about how they treat people. Don't go there. Ridiculous . They're not professional and I had to wait a long time for my items

This is the ONLY Tropical Smoothie location that gets it right EVERY TIME!!!!!! I have been to other locations and more often than not...The smoothies are not to my satisfaction. Generally not being sweet enough or having way to much ice in them. This location...Maybe only once or twice have I had a smoothie not to my liking and they fixed it right away. I always call my order in ahead of time and they have it ready for me when I arrive!!! Lastly I love this location because they give 15% Military Discounts, (they also give police, fireman, and public service discounts as well)!!! I work 5 mins away from them if that...And I or my coworkers are in at least once a week. They take great care of us every single time...And we LOVE the Supervisory staff...Young guys who take care of business!!! I hardly ever go to any other Tropical Smoothie Locations...
