02/25/2013 11:20 pmI'm actually very sorry to have to leave this negative review and it concerns the staff and not the food. The food we received, we enjoyed, and service time was reasonable, if slightly on the slow side. |

01/25/2013 6:20 pmThe food is GREAT! but the customer service is by far the worst! The phone lines were busy non-stop, my co-worker and I waited 20 minutes for food to come out to the buffett table, we asked a waitress if we could get more plates, she scoffed and took her time. :( we waited and extra 10 min for more plates, the waiter told us our To Go food (for other co-workers) will be done before we finished eating, it wasnt. We waited for another 25 minutes. I wish they would tighten up their customer service policy and they would be the best Thai restaurant ever! |

11/28/2012 2:50 amThe food was pretty good but not very spicey even at a hot spice level. The menu was pretty long, the most and varied curries I have seen in a Minnesota restaurant. I eat thai food every chance I get so this comes from experience. The portions were too small though, I'd say below average. |

10/13/2012 5:31 pmWe had the opportunity to go this restaurant last night and although the food is average, the only word I can use to describe the service is ghastly. After we sat down, the bus boy served us a single glass of water as they were out of glasses. The waitress did not show up for the next 15 minutes. After we got our appetizer, I had to go find the waitress, as we needed some hot sauce, which did not show up for another 10 minutes. The food came in a little while without any serving spoons and while eating nobody was there to refill the water at our table. Finally, the waitress never showed with our check and we had to go to the front to ask for the check. I complained to the manager about the service and he was extremely blasé about my complaint. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this restaurant again. If you really want to try Thai food, there are much better restaurants in the Twin Cities. |
