Loved this hotel! This was my second stay and it was amazing! 4-stars due to $100/night fee held on your card. I got it reduced to $50. Melanie, at the front desk, was the best!!! She made an error on my card and the next day she called my bank and had it corrected. She contacted me on my cell to confirm and offered me a nice gift for my trouble. She was VERY pleasant the entire time. The hotel was never muggy or stuffy. Very spacious rooms and the bathroom.....breathless! TV in the mirror and very deep Jacuzzi. Will definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and while it was a beautiful hotel, customer service is questionable...we booked an airport shuttle through the front desk paid them and we received two tickets that the shuttle took, when we got off the shuttle my husbands phone dropped and we tried to catch him but was unable to. I instantly called the hotel to tell them what happened and the lady that answered the phone for customer service took all my information and not until then did she tell me that it was an outside company! She pulled out the information and needed to read it and couldnt find the name of the shuttle company??? She assured me that she was sending an email to front desk with all the information and they would contact me on my cell with the shuttle name. Meanwhile I instantly start googling shuttles and calling to see who drives for the trump?? Found the shuttle company and she immediately dispatched him and he met my husband outside the gate. Mind you 1 1/2 days later I get a voicemail that they contacted shuttle and no cell phone was turned in! REALLY AND JUST DISMISS THE SITUATION!! Poor communication and customer service on the Trumps part. How do you offer your customers a service and your employees not have the correct information to give customers? Very dissatisfied . I sent your company an email the very next day to try and get answers and yet to hear back!!

When you arrive the valets are on the spot to unload and get your luggage to your room and are the nicest guys around!! Walk in the lobby your directed to the desk and taken care of at once!!! The lobby is beautiful and the flower centerpiece is gorgeous and smell wonderful. Our luggage beat us to our room!!! The room was huge and beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for!!! The bath was a wet dream!! Huge jacuzzi tub with room for two!!! Huge shower with room for two!! Both used frequently!!! With the TV in the bathroom mirror it added pazazz and spice!!! Right across the street from the Fashion Show Mall and next door to the Erotic Museum of Las Vegas!!!! The strip is just down the block and shuttles there constantly!!! Trump International hit a home run for us!! Only thing that kept it from getting a 5 star rating was the Credit card deposit required in case you use room service!!! Very cheesy and low rent of them!! I mean who eats at a Hotel when you've got the Vegas Strip buffets before you!! Like i said a very crappy way to treat people!!!

I LOVED staying at Trump International for so many reasons! First of all, when you walk in the lobby, the Aroma of the beautiful flowers in the gorgeous vases just set the stage and you can't help but take it all in! Then our suites were gorgeous and everything you needed was already there. Very well thought out!
One thing in particular I wish I would have checked into before I left was getting more of the shampoo and conditioner! OMG it smells just like the flowers in the lobby.! I would purchase these in large bottles if I could. I just used the little bottle up that I had as I have been saving it for a special occasion!
I look forward to staying right here again when I come back to Las Vegas.
