02/16/2014 4:43 amFirst of all, this is NOT A MEXICAN RESTAURANT!, it's SALVADOREAN food, meaning it's traditional food from a country called El Salvador, in central america for those who didn't learn geography in school. The food at this place is authentic salvadorean style, some things on the menu are mexican since people like to ask for those things at every " mexican" restaurant. Service is slow but I can bet you will love the food. So give your self extra time to enjoy. If you ever feel for "homecook" meal I recommend this place. :-), don't be afraid to try new hispanic foods people. |

11/02/2012 8:44 pmThis place is amazing. All the food tastes great, it costs almost nothing, the "decor" is exactly perfect, which is to say, awful. They sometimes mess up your order, they sometimes don't pick up the phone when you call, they are sometimes closed when you think they should be open. It is one of the best places to eat in Portland. |

10/02/2012 8:03 pmI have been here a few times. I have lived in El Salvador and the food is Authentic. Good prices.Good food ! I love pupusas ! I wish they had a better variety of them. Service is slow but they make the pupusas by hand fresh. You can hear them as you wait :) Not the best service but the food is great ! They open late. Wish they were open earlier.People in El salvador eat pupusas for breakfast , lunch or dinner ! very little parking. |

05/21/2009 3:52 amThe Burritos are delicious and the prices are incredible. It is rare to find a restaurant so cheap and so delicious that you want to go there every week. I highly recommend the Carne Asada with Avocado and the Chicken Burrito. |
