Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills, Tulsa, Oklahoma Restaurant Details

Food:

I recently stayed there for 3,days for conference, it was very nice when you walk into the lobby. And the rooms were pretty nice and were clean. However, I ordered a coffee downstairs and was standing in front of the bar waiting and the lady working at the bar snapped at me that I wasn't allowed at the bar if I was underage. Which I understand, but it was the way she talked to me, and they gave everyone their coffee on the bar, it's not like I ordered alcohol. Very poor customer service there. They also charge to drink the water and coffee that they place in the room, which I thought was pretty ridiculous. The experience was pretty good overall.

Food:

Everything was amazing other than my roommates and I were all going to watch movies in the evening and we couldn't because they couldn't figure out how to supply the hotel with enough WiFi for its guests.

The service at the bar was wonderful. Very delicious drinks. Definitely order the Cactus Juice or Jamaican coffee.... Yum yum. Will definitely come back. Also the spa was amazing. The best part was the citrus pure oxygen. Very nice and beautiful hotel.

Was charged for coffee at 6:30 am when went there for business this past weekend. Worst place ever. I even asked for breakfast and the clerk at the front told me it was til 8 but that I would have to pay to eat!!! Never heard of that from a marriot hotel or any hotel period! Worst place to stay for specially when I was there for business!!!!! Never again!!!

Food:

Hotel was nice but watch your clothing. House keeping went through suitcases,mixing up my roommates and my items. I accidentally left a brand new Lilly Pulitzer dress in the closet at check out and it was no where to be found when I called less than 24 hours after checkout.
