U Got Munchies, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Restaurant Details

So upset I let my boyfriend talk me into ordering from here. When we walked in there was one lone frat boy dining in and when he saw us enter he mad a sour face and quickly exited. Victoria took our order and although she was very friendly they still managed to screw up my burger! She asked me 3 times what I wanted on my burger and each time I clarified that I wanted JUST ketchup and american cheese. We get home and my burger is swamped in mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. They gave my boyfriend the wrong burger too. He ordered the munch burger snd received a royale burger instead. And to add injury to insult they forgot our FRIED OREOS. The workers seemed extremely disconnected and annoyed that they had to work there. My milkshake was also GROSS it tasted like frozen melted milk. First and last time! I want my money and time back.

Holy God worst customer service in the world. Yes, they have pretty good sandwiches and pretty nice sides but the customer service makes it not worth it. They aren't open the hours they say they are, they don't have the selections they say they do and they take twice as long as they say they do. You should just go next door to Philly style and get what you want in a better way everytime. This is coming from a 3 year temple student. Enjoy.

Soooo disappointed! Ordered over the phone and the woman sounded pleasant at first until I voiced my concern about the website prices not matching the "new" prices. I understand technology can be a bit glitchy so I was just looking forward to some delicious late night food. When the food got here the burgers were just below room temperature and the fries were ice cold!!!! I called back and the woman asked if I wantes the driver to bring more fries which would take "a while" since he just left with 4 orders! How can that be an option since my burgers were losing warmth by the second and they had mayo on them (mayo doesn't go in the microwave)!?!?! My first experience with You Got Munchies a few months ago was amazing and I was raving about them, but now.... I can't recommend that kind of service. I've had better customer service at McDonald's.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They take an unreasonable amount of time to deliver, no matter how small the order. Last time, it took 2 hours. When I tried calling to ask where my order was, their line was disconnected. They have the worst customer service and they never answer the phone. Don't give these people your money.

Just ordered from there. Got the Graduate there was pretty much no meat on the bun it was half the size of a bubba burger. It was like eating a piece of rubber. On the loaded fries the bacon was as hard as a rock and they didn't use the right cheese. The only part that was good was the milkshake. I would rather spend $12 dollars at McDonald then spend 28+tax and tip.
